Estate Lawyers, Banks handling Estates, Business Liquidations, Business Closeouts, Real Estate Auctions, Personal Property, Livestock, Farm and Ranch Liquidations, Individual People.

You must have an out going personality, good people skills, dependable transportation, a phone (land line or cell), and a computer with internet access. Must be able to cold call and generate and develop your own leads. Must be good at judging value of different types of merchandise, equipment, personal property. For auction real estate sales must be able to work with our broker/agent and seller.

Training provided, some marketing tools provided, some leads provided.

Set you own hours and days, set you own coverage area in Wisconsin.

Must sign an Independent Contractor agreement and 1099 form. Compensation is based solely on your sales performance.

Example of Income: You see a sign on a business or hear of a business closing; you approach the owner about holding an auction. You look at the merchandise and business fixtures and determined that there is $250,000 worth of value. You close the sale and get a contract signed for 12% buyers premium plus the owner pays and additional 8% total percentage to auction house is 20% of sales proceeds or $50,000 you compensation would be $5000 In this case the business owner may also want to sell the real estate (real estate commission is 10%) that has a value of $400,000. The auction company makes an additional $40,000 in commission and your 10% would be an additional $4000. Total for the auction sale would be $9000.00 in your pocket. Of course not all auctions generate this kind of income but many do. My largest sale to date was $1.3 million, which was ranch estate liquidation for personal property, livestock, and real estate.

You can also generate additional income by working at the set up, clean up for the auction, ring person on day of auction, auction clerk day of auction.

Another Program is just send us leads, if they turn into a closed auction we will pay between 5% to 10% of the net auctions sale paid to the auction company.

Just send us leads for Auction or Appraisal Services, we will handle it from there.  If it turns into an auction with closing sales.  We will send you a check for 5% of the net auction proceeds to Miller Land and Livestock, Co.

If the auction sells $50,000 worth of product, Miller Land & Livestock it at 20% You will receive a check for $500.  Real Estate, Personal Property, Business Property, Estate Sale any type of auction.
