Fees for this type appraisal will start at $550 plus travel,expenses and court time for real property. Personal property appraisals will be billed at the rate of $125 per hour plus travel, expenses and court time. (see rates for equine and livestock appraisal under those sections). Average rate for a non-complex Equine Appraisal is $400.
